2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and business customers (§ 14 BGB). The version valid at the time of ordering shall apply.
3. Subject of the contract
We sell posters and atlases showing the locations of whisky distilleries, including some customised products (e.g. canvases, roll-ups, puzzles).
4. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in our shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
The contract languages are German and English.
5. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are listed in the Shipping Costs section of our online shop.
We deliver within the EU, to most parts of Europe, and to selected countries worldwide.
6. Payment methods
• Germany: Invoice and PayPal.
• International: Prepayment and PayPal.
7. Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 5 business days from conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment (in the case of prepayment).
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal.
9. Warranty
For consumers, the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery.
For business customers, the warranty period is one year from delivery. Business customers must notify us of obvious defects in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
In all other respects, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of our company.
