Welcome to Whisky Map! Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our app. By accessing the app or using it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Privacy

1.1 No Storage of Personal Data

Whisky Map does not store personal data of users at any time. We respect your privacy and have designed our services so that no personal information is collected during use.

1.2 Use of Anonymized Data

To better understand user behavior and continuously improve Whisky Map, we analyze anonymized data. These data do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. For the analysis of user behavior, we use TelemetryDeck, a service provider that helps us optimize the app experience for our users (see TelemetryDeck Privacy).

1.3 E-mail communication

If you send us an e-mail, we will see your sender address. This address will only be used to answer your enquiry and will not be stored or passed on for any other purpose.

2. Payments

For in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use RevenueCat, an external payment service provider. RevenueCat processes your payment information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Please note that the privacy policy of RevenueCat applies to transactions via RevenueCat (see RevenueCat Privacy).

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Whisky Map on your devices in accordance with the regulations set out in these terms. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms of Use in Whisky Map. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.

5. Disclaimer

We provide Whisky Map "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for the availability, reliability, or functionality of the app or for the app meeting your needs or operating without interruption.

6. Final Provisions

These Terms of Use are subject to EU law and are to be interpreted accordingly. Should any part of these terms be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
